At Mount Ousley Public School, teachers, parents and children work together in a caring, supportive environment. The focus at Mount Ousley is always on children and developing them to their full potential. The school has a strong community ethos and this is nurtured and strengthened by the attitudes of the staff and the programs that are delivered.
Mount Ousley Public School is a small, caring school, where children are our focus. Their school aims to prepare its students for the future. This is their vision and everything that is done at the school, is done with this in mind. The school motto is ever higher. Mount Ousley is a learning community where students, staff and parents all learn alongside each other. They are committed to the concept of life long learning.
The curriculum of Mount Ousley Public School is organised around the six Key Learning Areas (KLAs) – English, Mathematics, Science & Technology, Human Society & Its Environment, Creative and Practical Arts, Personal Development, Health & Physical Education.
