Construction work will soon recommence on Fairy Meadow’s Ambience development.
Workers have been on site for several months making the site safe for construction to resume.
Joe Cachia, of Illawarra firm Piruse Constructions who is part of a consortium which bought the neglected Belmorgan project for 6.7 million earlier this year, said small pockets of construction were already underway at the site.
He said curious onlookers could expect to see fully fledged building works underway at the site by early September.
From here on its full steam ahead he said.
When completed in the middle of next year ” New Ambience ” as it was re-branded in May will offer 16 ground floor spaces for 16 specialty shops and anchor tenant.
The first floor will offer commercial space of 1650 sqm and above that there will be 34 residential apartments.
We think this is a great boost for the Fairy Meadow economy and is another indication that Fairy Meadow is on the move and a great area to buy real estate.
The completion of the Ambience project is way over due and we welcome this news.
